Innovating for Success in the Disruptive Times (ISIDT Series)
ISIDT is a series of webinars to help participants understand how to innovate in order to adequately address digital transformation and other regional change challenges. The online events will focus on the people, process, system and culture of innovative organizations to support individual and group abilities to innovate by developing ideas and taking them into action. The series will discuss behaviors of innovation leaders, and then unfold the process of how innovators turn their ideas into reality. Furthermore, program will explore how leaders and organisations adapt their culture, structure and processes to make room for innovation.
Series is designed to offer insights into ideation, design thinking, agile methodologies, management strategies and business model innovation. Program will further provide the opportunity as instead of offering the fragmented approaches, integrates these disparate frameworks into a single, end-to-end framework for assessing , evaluating innovative ideas, enabling professionals to understand how an organisation that is defined by and developed around execution can adapt itself to foster and drive innovation.
